What we can
actually prove.
Groundline Marketing has no clients yet, and therefore no client case studies, no testimonials and no results to show you. That is the honest starting position, and it is the first thing on this page rather than the last.
Why this page exists
Every agency site shows proof. Most of it is unverifiable — a logo bar, a percentage with no period attached, a testimonial with a first name. We would rather show you less and have all of it checkable.
So this page lists every number that appears anywhere on this site, and for each one: whose result it is, exactly when it was measured, what tool measured it, what work actually produced it, what it can fairly be credited to, and what it plainly does not prove. Where a figure is weaker than the others, it says so.
All of it is founder-owned business evidence. None of it is client work, because there is none yet. When there is, it will appear here under the same rules, and only with the client’s written approval.
The three contractor directories
The operator behind Groundline built and runs three directories in the same trades this agency serves. They are the reason we know these trades at all, and the numbers below are theirs — directory measurements, not marketing results for anybody.
GreaseTrapLocator
A directory of grease trap and interceptor contractors — greasetraplocator.com
| Whose result | The operator’s own directory. Not a client’s. |
|---|---|
| Period | 90 days, 1 May – 29 July 2026. Monthly figures run March–July 2026. |
| Starting condition | Launched with no traffic and no rankings in early 2026. |
| Work performed | Site build, content, technical SEO and ongoing editorial work by the operator. |
| Measured by | Google Search Console, pulled via the Search Console API on 1 August 2026. The raw API responses are archived. |
| The figures | 3,908 clicks and 386,849 impressions across the 90 days. Monthly clicks: March 56, April 429, May 645, June 1,361, July 1,902. |
| Attributed vs correlated | The growth is attributable to the work in the sense that the site did not exist before it. It is not evidence of any particular tactic. |
| Limits | Directory traffic. Consumers and contractors looking things up — not enquiries, not customers, not revenue. |
| Approved for publication | Yes — the operator’s own property. |
What it shows: That a site in this exact trade was taken from nothing to roughly 1,900 Google clicks a month in five months, and that the operator understands how this trade is searched for.
What it does not show: Any client outcome. No contractor gained work from these numbers, and nothing here predicts what a pilot would produce for your business.
GeothermalFinder
A directory of geothermal and ground-source heat pump installers — geothermalfinder.com
| Whose result | The operator’s own directory. Not a client’s. |
|---|---|
| Period | 90 days, 1 May – 29 July 2026. Data begins 15 March 2026. |
| Starting condition | Launched with no traffic in early 2026. |
| Work performed | Site build, content, technical SEO and editorial work by the operator. |
| Measured by | Google Search Console API, pulled 1 August 2026. Raw responses archived. |
| The figures | 3,021 clicks and 260,158 impressions across the 90 days. |
| Attributed vs correlated | Same as above — the site did not exist before the work. |
| Limits | Directory traffic only. Also a smaller, slower market than grease trap work, which is part of why the numbers differ. |
| Approved for publication | Yes — the operator’s own property. |
What it shows: Working knowledge of how geothermal and ground-source work is searched for, in a market where the search language is genuinely ambiguous.
What it does not show: Any client outcome, and nothing about how quickly an installer could expect results.
WellDrillerFinder
A directory of water well drillers and pump installers — welldrillerfinder.com
| Whose result | The operator’s own directory. Not a client’s. |
|---|---|
| Period | The same 90-day window, but this site only has 38 days of data in it — it began recording on 22 June 2026. |
| Starting condition | The newest of the three. Effectively still starting. |
| Work performed | Site build and initial content by the operator. |
| Measured by | Google Search Console API, pulled 1 August 2026. Raw responses archived. |
| The figures | 151 clicks and 18,823 impressions. |
| Attributed vs correlated | Too early and too small to attribute anything with confidence. |
| Limits | This is the weak one, and we would rather say so than leave it out. It is roughly 2% of the three-directory click total, over a much shorter window. |
| Approved for publication | Yes — the operator’s own property. |
What it shows: That the directory exists, is indexed, and is beginning to be found. Very little more than that.
What it does not show: Anything about scale or momentum. If a driller judged us on this number alone, they would be right to be unimpressed.
ArrangeWise and WalletFriendlyHandyman
Two founder-owned service businesses — home organising and handyman work, not contractor trades — arrangewise.com
| Whose result | The operator’s own service businesses. Not clients. |
|---|---|
| Period | 90 days, 3 May – 1 August 2026. |
| Starting condition | Both trading businesses with existing websites. |
| Work performed | Sites, enquiry paths, tracking and marketing run by the operator. |
| Measured by | Google Analytics 4, pulled via the Analytics Data API on 1 August 2026. Raw responses archived. |
| The figures | 150 completed lead-form enquiries — 96 from ArrangeWise, 54 from WalletFriendlyHandyman. |
| Attributed vs correlated | These are counted enquiries, not attributed to any single channel. |
| Limits | Different trades. Home organising and handyman work, not grease trap, geothermal or well drilling. And this is the completed-submission count only: a further 114 people started a form and did not finish, and those are deliberately excluded rather than added in. |
| Approved for publication | Yes — the operator’s own businesses. |
What it shows: That the operator builds enquiry paths that produce real, counted enquiries, and reports the conservative number rather than the flattering one.
What it does not show: Anything about contractor trades. These are different businesses with different buyers, and nobody should read them as a forecast.
What none of this proves
It does not prove that a 90-day pilot will work for your business. It does not prove that any contractor has ever gained a job because of this agency, because none has. It does not prove pricing is right, that the approach transfers between the three trades, or that the operator can deliver for someone else as well as for himself.
Those are exactly the things the first pilots exist to find out, and they are why the engagement is bounded, measured, and ends in an honest decision rather than a renewal by default.
How to check any of it
Every directory above is a public website you can open right now. Click through, search for the things a customer would search for, and see whether it comes up. The traffic figures come from Google’s own reporting on properties the operator controls; the raw API responses behind every number on this page are archived and dated, and can be shown to you at the fit review if you want to see them.
If any number here turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it and say that we did.
Figures on this page last reviewed 1 August 2026. When any measurement window is refreshed, the figures, this date and the site’s other evidence blocks move together.
