What this site is

It describes a service. It's information, not an offer, and using it doesn't create any agreement between us. If we work together, that's governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us — not by this website.

About the prices shown

The pilot price shown here is the current price for the described service. It's confirmed in writing at the fit review before anything is agreed, and the written agreement governs. Advertising budgets are paid by you, directly to the platforms; they aren't our revenue and aren't included in the fee.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee leads, enquiries, rankings, revenue, or any return on spend — here or anywhere else. Anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is doing the written work in the agreed scope and reporting honestly on what happened.

Anything on this site describing results is our own business evidence, labelled with its source and dates. It isn't a prediction of your results.

Directories

We separately operate three contractor directories. Nothing on those directories can be bought, and no agency relationship — or refusal of one — affects any listing, ranking, or treatment on them.

Your enquiry

When you send the fit-review form you're asking us to contact you about agency services. You can withdraw that request at any time. Please give accurate information — we may decline to proceed if it turns out not to be.

Our content

The text, design, and images on this site belong to us. You're welcome to quote us with attribution — we'd rather be quoted accurately than not at all. You may not copy the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

Links to other sites

We link to our own directories and to sources for the figures we publish. We're not responsible for other people's websites.

Availability and errors

We try to keep this site accurate and available; we don't promise either. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it — that's the standard we hold ourselves to everywhere else here.

Liability

This section is deliberately empty pending legal review. We'd rather leave it blank than publish a limitation we haven't had checked — which means, for now, the ordinary law applies in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Under review, as this service is sold in two countries.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use of the site means the current version applies.
