90 days, start to finish

One focused pilot.
A real decision at day 90.

Groundline Marketing is a marketing agency for grease trap, geothermal, and water well contractors in Canada and the United States. There are two things you can buy: a Launch Foundation if the basics aren't there, and the 90-Day Growth Pilot — one service, one territory, one main channel, measured for ninety days, then an honest decision. Both are priced on this page. This is the whole engagement, top to bottom. If it reads like less than you expected from an agency — that's the point.

00m fit review

First, we check the fit.

A fit review is a short, free assessment of whether Groundline Marketing would actually work for your business — done before any proposal exists, and with no obligation either way. Before any proposal: your priority service, territory, capacity to take more work, who answers the phone, and whether the job economics leave room for marketing to pay for itself. Some businesses are told not to buy — that's a working feature, not politeness.

15m foundation, only if needed

If the basics are missing,
we fix them first.

A usable website, working call and form tracking, a claimed local profile. If you already have them, this step doesn't exist and costs nothing. If you don't, it's scoped and priced separately — never smuggled into the pilot.

launch foundationa project, not a setup fee

A separate, one-off project you own outright: a five-to-eight page website built to convert, a starter visual identity drawn from your real one, your Google Business Profile set up or repaired, call and form tracking that works, and a review-request process. Your domain, accounts and data stay yours, and the handoff lists every one of them.

C$6,000–10,000 / US$4,500–7,500, four to six weeks, half before work begins and half before launch. Quoted after the fit review, never before. Not included: photography, video, full naming or identity programmes, more than eight pages, e-commerce or custom software — for the first three we’ll introduce you to someone who does them properly rather than manage them badly.

30m the 90-day pilot

Ninety days of
deliberately narrow work.

ONE

Service

Your best-margin, most-repeatable work — not everything you do.

ONE

Territory

Where you actually want the trucks to go.

ONE

Main channel

Chosen from evidence for your trade and area — done properly.

ONE

Supporting task

A single named extra with a written quantity. Never "unlimited".

The four channels — named, not implied

That is the whole list. A pilot runs one of them, chosen from evidence for your trade and territory — and which one usually wins differs by trade, which is why each trade page argues it separately.

01

Local search and your Google Business Profile

Hours, service areas, reviews, listing consistency and rank tracking. Being the name that shows up, and looks open, at the moment somebody is choosing. Usually the starting hypothesis in grease trap and water well work.

02

Paid search

Campaign build, keyword and negative work, ad tests, call tracking and one landing page. Reported as cost per enquiry, never cost per click. You pay the platforms directly — we never touch your media money, and if the budget can’t support a readable test we say so instead of spending it.

03

Organic search and content

Pages that answer what your buyers search before they need you. The slowest of the four — rankings take longer than ninety days on a weak site, and we will say that at the fit review rather than at day 90. Usually the starting hypothesis in geothermal, where short searches return energy-market content instead of installers.

04

Direct approach to named accounts

A named target list, contact research, and a sequence you have approved before anything is sent. Facilities managers, restaurant groups, builders, developers — whoever buys your work in volume. Only where you authorise it, and replies come straight back to you.

45m month by month

What actually happens,
in the order it happens.

M1

Find the leak before buying more calls

Days 1–7: access, a documented baseline, and every call and form route actually tested. Days 8–14: the one named enquiry-path or measurement fix — the thing losing you work today. Days 15–30: the chosen channel goes live, and the first commercial review with real numbers. Yours: access, and naming who answers the phone and who quotes.

M2

Improve the same channel, add the one supporting task

No new channels. The one running gets better, or we learn it is the wrong one. The single quantity-limited supporting activity is completed. Yours: report which enquiries became quotes, wins, losses, or are still pending.

M3

Reconcile, then decide

Still no new channels — adding one now would make the ninety days unreadable. Investment, pipeline, wins, delivery cost and founder hours all reconciled, then a continue, change or stop recommendation you can act on.

60m the day-90 decision

Continue, change, or stop.

At day 90 you see the full ledger: what was done, what it cost, what came in, what it turned into. Then a straight recommendation — including "stop" if that's what the numbers say. If your sales cycle runs longer than 90 days, a day-180 follow-up checks the late-closing work honestly.

C$4,000 / US$3,000 a month, committed for ninety days

The pilot is one flat monthly fee — C$4,000 a month in Canada, US$3,000 in the United States — committed for ninety days (about C$12,000 / US$9,000 all-in), then month to month — the honest minimum to judge the work. Confirmed in writing at the fit review. Advertising budgets are paid by you, directly to the platforms — we never touch your media money.
